Dixon’s Career-High 27 Lead CSUN Women Win

Kathleen Dixon scored a career-high 27 points as Cal State Northridge defeated UC Riverside, 75-59, Friday night in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. game.

Dixon, a 6-1 freshman from Santa Monica, also had 12 rebounds. Julie Middleton scored 16 points for the Lady Matadors and Denise Sitton had 12 points and 13 rebounds.

Northridge (12-9, 5-3) is 9-0 at home. Riverside, which received 16 points each from Susie Karr and Alonda Varisco, fell to 1-7, 10-10.
