Local News in Brief : Shooting Victim Found Alongside I-5 at Castaic

The body of a man who had been shot to death was dumped alongside the Golden State Freeway, about two miles south of Pyramid Lake near Castaic Saturday morning, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies reported.
Deputy Drew Basey said the man’s body was discovered about 10 a.m. The victim, a Latino in his early 30s, was not identified, Basey said.
