An argument outside a McFadden Avenue bar escalated to violence, ending with two brothers dead of gunshot wounds, authorities said Sunday.
Jaime Rojas, 22, and his brother, Jerman, 27, died late Saturday at the scene of the shooting, Los Dos Amigos bar in the 2500 block of West McFadden Avenue, according to police.
When officers arrived at the bar, the two men were found in the parking lot “mortally wounded,” according to a prepared statement issued by the Police Department.
Investigators said witnesses told them that the brothers had argued with two other men outside the bar before the shooting started. Witnesses said two handguns were used. One of the weapons believed used in the shooting was recovered at the scene, police said.
