The Lusk Co. has elected the chairman of Hoag Memorial Hospital and the vice chairman of Security Pacific Corp. to its board of directors, expanding the board to 14 members.
The new directors of the Irvine-based real estate development company are Robert H. Smith, 51, vice chairman of Security Pacific Corp. and chief operating officer of Security Pacific Bank, and Hoag Chairman Guy K. Claire, a retired partner of the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and former general counsel to the Irvine Co.
