Baby Improving After Fourth Liver Transplant

CHICAGO — An 8-month-old girl who underwent four liver transplants in a month no longer needs intensive care, a representative of Wyler Children’s Hospital at the University of Chicago said. Doctors said Monday that Meghann LaRocco’s condition had improved, from “serious” to “fair.”
