Andrei D. Sakharov has accepted an invitation to visit West Germany, but he does not know if he will be allowed to leave the Soviet Union, the Greens party announced in Bonn. The dissident Soviet physicist and Nobel peace laureate was allowed to return to Moscow in December after six years of internal exile in Gorky. A spokesman said the Greens want Sakharov to come to Bonn for discussions on a range of issues.
