HARRISBURG, Pa. — The state’s new treasurer has taken office nearly three weeks after the public suicide of former Treasurer R. Budd Dwyer. G. Davis Greene Jr. was sworn in Wednesday, just hours after he was unanimously confirmed by the state Senate.
