Texas Instruments settled with three more firms.

Chip makers OKI, Matsushita and Mitsubishi will pay significant royalty fees and have agreed to cross-license semiconductor patents with TI, resolving a patent infringement dispute. Pending final approval from the International Trade Commission, the companies will be dropped from an ITC investigation. Of the nine companies TI sued, three--Sharp, Toshiba and Fujitsu--already have settled; charges remain against NEC, Hitachi and Samsung.
