Cincinnati Red outfielder Dave Parker was ordered by the Allegheny County family court to pay an additional $290 a month so that his 6-year-old daughter can attend a private school in Pittsburgh.
Parker, who reportedly earns $875,000 a year, had resisted the increase, which will raise his support payments from $600 to $890 a month. He will not appeal the order, his attorney said.
