John D. (Jack) Miller has been named chairman and CEO of the Lazarus department store division of Federated Department Stores Inc., succeeding Douglas M. Thomsen. The 32-store Lazarus chain is based in Cincinnati.
Miller is formerly chairman and CEO of Federated’s Sanger Harris division in Dallas.
