Thomas S. McIntosh was named president and chief executive of Enterra Corp., a Houston oil services firm controlled by Shamrock Holdings of Burbank.
Enterra’s previous president, John A. Sergovic, resigned last summer to pursue other interests, the company said. Stanley P. Gold, president of Shamrock and chairman of Enterra, ran the company in the interim.
Shamrock, owned by the Roy E. Disney family, owns a 23.5% stake in Enterra.
