Morse No. 1 in Final Basketball Poll

SAN DIEGO — Morse High School, the top-seeded team in the San Diego Section 3-A playoffs, is the No. 1-ranked team in The Times’ final San Diego County high school basketball Top 10. Morse finished the regular season 19-2.
Mount Carmel (20-3) finished second. Oceanside (17-7), the top 2-A school, is ranked third. El Camino, the No. 1-seeded team in the 2-A playoffs, is sixth.
