Actress Cybill Shepherd, 37, star of the weekly TV series “Moonlighting,” announced Tuesday she is expecting a child in October and plans to marry long-time companion Bruce Oppenheim “within the next week or two,” her publicist said. Shepherd was married once previously to David Ford, a resident of Tennessee, and has a 7-year-old daughter, Clementine.
