Frederick W. Hong has been appointed president of the Los Angeles-Guangzhou (Canton), China, Sister Assn. Caroline Leonetti Ahmanson, vice president of the National Committee for U.S.-China Relations, will continue as chairman. Irving Karp and David Lee will serve as co-chairmen.
