Work Begun on Community

Work has begun on the Village of Heritage, a $1-billion master-planned community just east of Interstate 15 in Fontana.
The project will include office and commercial buildings, light-industrial facilities and about 4,000 homes.
Fontana Heritage West End Associates, a California limited partnership with Barclay Investors Fontana as general partner, is developing the project. Weyerhaeuser Venture Co., a Nevada corporation, is sole limited partner.
