California Business magazine Chairman Martin Stone named Jim Gressinger president and publisher. As publisher, Gressinger will replace Karl Fleming, who retains the title of editor-in-chief. S. C. Gwynne is editor of the magazine. Stone said Fleming will continue to work on plans to expand the magazine name in other media.
Gressinger was previously publisher of the Houston Business Journal and before that the Phoenix Business Journal. “Jim will have complete bottom-line responsibility for the magazine,” Stone said.
California Business is published monthly and distributed to 70,000 business owners and managers.
