Ron Jaworski, former quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, cleared waivers and is free to market himself as a free agent.
Jaworski, a 14-year veteran who spent 10 seasons with the Eagles, will be 36 next week. The Eagles declined to guarantee his 1987 salary of $600,000 by March 1 and Jaworski was put on waivers three days later.
