Monument to Challenger Crew Ready for Dedication

WASHINGTON — A monument honoring the seven crew members who died in the Challenger explosion will be dedicated today at Arlington National Cemetery. Army Secretary John O. Marsh Jr. will host the ceremony, and relatives of the crew members are expected to attend, officials said.
