BIA Foundation Sponsors Real Estate Seminar

Bruce A. Miller of Kenneth Leventhal & Co., attorney Marvin B. Starr of Miller, Starr & Regalia and Michael J. Carliner of the National Assn. of Home Builders are among the speakers scheduled for a real estate seminar Wednesday at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
The session is sponsored by the Sacramento-based California Building Industry Foundation, costs $155 and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom.
Speakers will discuss the effects of tax reform and the latest trends in real estate development, finance and marketing.
Other speakers include Anthony M. Frank, 1st Nationwide Bank; Bruce Karatz of Kaufman & Broad Home Corp.; Marvin J. Richman of Olympia & York California Equities Corp.; Jeffrey E. Jackson of Smith, Barney, Harris Upham and and Michael S. Salkin, First Interstate Bank.
