3 East Germans Flee

COBURG, West Germany — Three East German men climbed over their Communist country’s border fences Friday and escaped to West Germany, West German police said Saturday. The incident brought to 27 the number of East Germans who have breached the heavily guarded border to reach West Germany since the beginning of the year.
