Arcadia Hub Tries Being ‘Two-Faced’

The $1.5-million Arcadia Hub, now under construction, faces two direction but never looks back: The shopping center fronts its Naomi Street surface parking area but also faces busy Baldwin Avenue to gain visibility.
The second phase of the 200,000-square-foot remodeling and expansion project by Golden West Properties, Los Angeles, is now under way in downtown Arcadia. A September completion is scheduled for the project designed by McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Pasadena.
