P.V. Estates : Ritscher Slated as Mayor

Councilman Edward Ritscher has been nominated as mayor and Councilwoman Barbara Culver as mayor pro tem in the annual rotation of City Council offices. They will be formally elected and sworn in at a special council meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.
The council also has changed the the meeting time of the Planning Commission from the first to the third Tuesday of the month, starting May 19.
