Philip J. Dion, Del E. Webb Corp. president and chief operating officer, has been named chairman of First Nevada Casinos Corp. and Nevada Casino Hotels Inc., the companies that lease and operate Webb’s three Nevada hotel-casinos. Dion replaces Webb CEO Robert K. Swanson, who resigned from both boards.
