Memorial on Friday

WASHINGTON — A memorial service for the 37 sailors killed in the Iraqi attack on the Stark will be held Friday, the State Department said Tuesday.
The service will be at the base chapel of the ship’s home port, Mayport Naval Base in Mayport, Fla., at 10 a.m.
