A Santee man died Friday evening when he lost control of his truck and hit a utility pole in Southeast San Diego.
Richard Eugene Wilson, 50, was driving north on Interstate 15 near L Street about 6:30 p.m. when the accident occurred, coroner’s officials said. Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
