Los Angeles-based First Capital Holdings Corp. has announced three promotions: Gerry R. Ginsberg, executive vice president, moves up to chief operating officer, a new position; Philip F. Fitzpatrick, vice president, has been promoted from controller to chief financial officer, and Douglas F. Marcian, formerly senior portfolio manager, is now vice president-investments.
