David Robinson, expected to be the top choice in the upcoming NBA draft, will begin his two years of active Navy duty at the Kings Bay, Ga., submarine base, a Naval Academy official said.

Robinson will report to duty with the civil engineering corps at the base, about 45 miles north of Jacksonville, Fla., on June 19, according to academy spokesman Ken Pease.
