California State University, San Bernardino, held its 21st commencement Saturday near the Pfau Library. William H. Pickens, executive director of the California Postsecondary Education Commission, spoke on “Private Lives and the Public Interests.”
A total of 1,369 diplomas were awarded, including 302 graduate degrees.
