Religion Briefs : Grant Provides Office for Pension Planning

WASHINGTON — Lilly Endowment Inc. of Indianapolis has provided a $400,000 grant to establish a service office to help religious orders plan for retirements of members.
The office will come under a Roman Catholic retirement project, directed by Sister Mary Oliver Hudson and set up after studies showed many orders, particularly those of women, lacked pension funds to sustain retired oldsters.
