We’ve all heard of frog princes, but frog queens are rare. So we had to share this exclusive “top secret” pic of the frog queen Arabella in “Hell Comes to Frogtown.” That’s Kristi Somers bedecked in froggy special-effects makeup and June bride-ish gown.

Currently filming in and around town for New World, it stars Rowdy Roddy Piper--of the World Wrestling Federation--as a post-apocalyptic adventurer (and one of the world’s still-potent men) who must save the only fertile human females from Frogtown, which is chock-full of amphibian-like mutants (like Arabella). (As a source told us, “After he (Piper) gets the girl, he’ll get the girl.” Got that?)

It’s directed by R.J. Kizer, who also did the Raymond Burr sequences in “Godzilla ’85.” Which means this is his second time working with amphibians--and actors.
