Los Angeles-based Orion Television and Orion TV Productions Inc. named John Angier to the newly created post of senior vice president-business affairs. Angier previously had been vice president of business affairs at Reeves Entertainment Group, Viacom Productions, Marble Arch Productions Inc. and Robert Stigwood Television Productions.
