A director of financially troubled Todd Shipyards Corp. has been named CEO to succeed Hans K. Schaefer, who resigned, the company said.
David W. Wallace, 63, will be the new chairman and CEO. Schaefer, 52, was named Tuesday as president of Todd Pacific Corp., San Pedro.
