Moscow has resumed jamming of Israel Radio’s Hebrew-language broadcasts to the Soviet Union, ending speculation that linked a halt in interference to the arrival of Soviet officials in Israel, the radio’s staff said in Tel Aviv. Jamming of the state-run radio’s broadcasts stopped suddenly on Monday, less than 24 hours after the arrival of the first Kremlin delegation to vist Israel in 20 years, officially on consular business. Officials said it appears that the brief respite was due to technical reasons.
