Santa Monica : Hearing on 3rd St. Mall Plan

A public meeting on plans for a major renovation of Santa Monica’s Third Street Mall will be held at 7 p.m. today at 1323 2nd St.
The $10-million project includes a plan to open the pedestrian mall to auto traffic in the evenings, when use of the mall is minimal.
