Movers emptied Gary Hart’s Capitol Hill town house, where reporters spotted the former Democratic presidential candidate with Miami model Donna Rice two months ago. Hart, a former Colorado senator, and his wife, Lee, have taken the home off the market, Hope Price, an assistant to the Harts’ real estate representative, said, but she refused to say why. The town house, which was not listed publicly, had a sale price of about $350,000, Price said. A real estate source said the Harts bought the three-story home three years ago for about $300,000.
