Three Los Angeles area men were arrested at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City after authorities said they discovered three gallons of liquid PCP in their luggage. The three were identified as Theotos Dread, 30, and Louis Aparicio Leonard, 27, both of Los Angeles; and Michael Daniels, 28, of Inglewood. Assistant U.S. Atty. Mark McBride said the men were charged with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute after authorities obtained a warrant to search their luggage.
