More Shootings on the Freeways

No one will disagree that what is happening on the L.A. freeways is deplorable at best. However, keep in mind that these highway shooters have only killed a handful of people over the past month--only a handful of people in the past year. If this can merit such an outrage, please be reminded that in this country drunken drivers kill three people every hour! Which is the greater threat?
Perhaps these recent freeway felonies wouldn’t create such a furor if we were to learn that all the highway gunslingers were merely “drunken shooters.” Is that a more acceptable death?
