P. V. Estates : $12-Million Budget Adopted

A $12.5-million budget for 1986-87, maintaining service at last year’s levels, was adopted this week by the City Council. Major budget items include $2.4 million for the Police Department and $1.4 million for Los Angeles County fire protection.
