The manager of the Knightsbridge Safe Deposit Center in London, which was robbed of an estimated $47 million in jewels and cash last July 12, was charged with robbery, bringing to nine the number of suspects in Britain’s biggest hold-up ever. Parvez Latif, 30, a native of Pakistan, was arrested following raids in which police recovered millions of dollars worth of stolen jewels, a Scotland Yard spokeswoman said.
