Richard Bergstrom, a vice president of marketing for the Kierulff division of Ducommun Inc., will assume responsibility for the newly merged Kierulff Airline Supply/Air Distributors.
The new division, composed of two companies that have been part of Kierulff for more than 30 years, is located in the City of Commerce. It serves the airline industry.
Both Kierulff and Ducommun have headquarters in Cypress.
