Re Dennis McDougal’s “FCC Versus Howard Stern” (Aug. 19): Isn’t the FCC going against its own red-white-and-blue, non-regulatory stance when it tries to keep New York “shock jock” Stern from broadcasting the “adult” words that have made him the epitome of the American dream: a millionaire with the No. 1 rating in the No. 1 marketplace?
