A Dutch teen-ager from Oakley, Calif., who is fighting deportation for killing a guardian who repeatedly molested him, may have his ordeal dramatized in a television movie. CBS is currently considering the proposal, said David Burke, who wants to write the script. Burke said he’s interviewed Joeri DeBeer and has done substantial additional research on the case. DeBeer was molested by a previous guardian, Phillip Parsons. He shot Parsons to death April 9, 1985, in Dana Point, Calif., and burned his body. An Orange County Superior Court jury convicted DeBeer last year of voluntary manslaughter, but appealed for leniency in sentencing and has provided financial and other support for him, contending he was a victim of Parsons.
