F-16 Crashes; Crew Safe

PARIS — A U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter plane crashed Thursday in western France while enroute from Zaragoza, Spain, to its base in Ramstein, West Germany. U.S. officials said both crewmen had ejected safely.
