Cattle Truck Overturns; 1 Dies, Steers Block Lanes

AMARILLO, Tex. — A cattle truck overturned Thursday at an Interstate 40 interchange, killing one person inside the truck and spilling steers into rush-hour traffic, officials said. Police scurried to lasso the cattle, which blocked all lanes of the interchange.
