City National Corp. and City National Bank have announced appointments to the bank’s executive committee. Joining the committee are Edwin F. Wirsing, vice president and manager of City National Bank’s marketing department; Marjoire J. Luttenbacher, senior vice president and manager of the bank’s human resources division; Irene Romero, senior vice president and manager of the entertainment division, and Jeffrey Cove, senior vice president and manager of the real estate loan department. Roberta J. Swan has joined the bank as senior vice president-operations administration.
