Adams Heads Cement Unit in Southland

Ross Adams, Southern California manager for the Portland Cement Assn., has been installed as president of the Southern California chapter of the American Concrete Institute for 1987-88.
The chapter, now in in its 30th year, was the first local chapter of the institute, which now has more than 50 chapters worldwide.
Other new officers are C. Terry Dooley, Morley Construction Co., Los Angeles, vice president; Richard Hodson, immediate past president; C. Taylor Test, secretary-treasurer, and directors Raymond E. Davis, John H. Haigh, Leonard Hobbs, Richard Hyden, Howard Lux and Dean White.
