The first meeting of MAOA will be held Sept. 30 at 7 p.m. at the Airport Park Hotel, 600 S. Prairie Ave. in Inglewood.
The group has been designed as a networking entity for minority and non-minority owners of properties in the minority neighborhood.
MAOA will provide property management and investment training at meetings and seminars, low-cost credit and eviction reporting services, rental agreements and other related industry forms, personalized real estate consultation and a newsletter focusing on trends and other information.
