Bianka Panova of Bulgaria received perfect marks of 10 across the board on to win four gold medals at the 13th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships at Varna, Bulgaria.
Panova, 17, who also won the gold medal in the overall individual competition Saturday, became the first rhythmic gymnast to win all five gold medals in the individual events at the world championships. She also helped Bulgaria to the team gold medal.
