Reagan to See Soviet Aide

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will meet next Wednesday with Viktor P. Nikonov, the official in charge of agriculture in the Soviet Union, the White House announced Friday. Presidential spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said Nikonov, a member of the Politburo, will visit Reagan during a tour of the United States. Fitzwater gave no other details.
