William R. Strack, president and chief executive of All American Life Insurance Co., has been appointed to the additional position of president and chief executive of USLIFE Life Insurance Co., effective Nov. 1. He was also elected a member of the executive committee and the board of USLIFE Life Insurance Co.
Strack succeeds Seth C. Gatchell, who has elected early retirement due to disability. All American Life, Chicago, and USLIFE Life, with principal offices in Pasadena and Dallas, are wholly owned subsidiaries of USLIFE Corp.
